Who processes your data

The site and the personal data collected through it are controlled by NUVAREGEN.

What we collect

When you place an order: your first and last name, email address, phone number, delivery details (city and carrier branch, or a postal address with postcode) and your comment, if you left one.

After you open Telegram: your Telegram id and username, if you have one — so that payment details reach you and not somebody else, and so we can discuss the order.

The contents and the total of the order are stored as they were at the moment of ordering.

We do not collect payment card data: payment happens outside this site.

Why we need it

To process your order: to contact you, agree on payment, arrange delivery and answer your questions.

To keep records of orders and to meet statutory bookkeeping requirements.

The legal bases are your consent, given when you place the order, and the performance of the contract between you and the seller.

Who receives your data

The carrier, for delivery: name, phone number and delivery address.

Resend, the email service, to send you order status messages: name and email address.

Telegram, for order correspondence, if you chose that channel.

Google: the order ledger is kept in Google Sheets.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as bookkeeping and statutory reporting require, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You may ask us to delete your data earlier, except for records we are required by law to retain.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct inaccuracies, to request erasure and to withdraw your consent.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@nuvaregen.com. We reply within thirty days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country, or with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies, does not store data in your browser and has no web analytics or advertising trackers.

Keeping data safe

Data travels over a secure connection and is stored in a database with restricted access. Only authorised staff can see orders.

If the text changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Please review it before placing a new order.
